Role: Senior Java/J2EE Developer
Job Description: Senior Java/J2EE Developer who will work with Technical Owner, Project Manager, Business team, Technology team to capture the integration requirements and make changes to the application accordingly. The Senior Developer will propose solutions based on the business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Technology Owner/ Technical lead closely to come up with design and implementation
- Maintain and support the application
- Work with offshore / onsite resources on the detail implementation
- Code reviews and discussion on the changes with Technology owner
- Work on integrations and documenting the API specifications and leads the meetings with integration partners
- Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary
- Work with QA and automation team
- Works on best practices and documenting the process
- Manages code merges and releases (Bitbucket)
- Assist development team in case of any issues

- Supervising application design and architecture components
- Supervising process and functional design activities
- Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
- Planning and executing data conversion activities
- Driving test planning and execution
- Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change
- Use your knowledge of business processes and Dynamics AX to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives
